Public-university tuition can be as low as $300–1,500/year; private universities and English medicine cost more. Living runs $400–900/month. Türkiye Bursları can cover everything.

Yes — Türkiye Bursları is a generous, fully-funded government scholarship (tuition, accommodation, stipend, flights and Turkish course), plus many university scholarships.

Not for English-taught programmes — many are delivered fully in English. Türkiye Bursları includes a year of Turkish, which helps daily life and work.

Turkish university degrees are internationally recognised; for medicine, choose a WHO/WDOMS-listed university so graduates can pursue the USMLE, PLAB or FMGE/NExT.

Turkey's university cities are welcoming, with large international communities, good student support and a low cost of living. Ordinary precautions apply, as anywhere.
